How do I register for an Elite Dynasty account?

Click on the "Sign Up" button at the top right of the page. You will need a valid email address and your game IDs to complete registration.

Can I change my username or game ID later?

Yes, you can update your game IDs from your dashboard. However, you cannot change your IDs while you are actively participating in an ongoing tournament.

2. Tournaments & Scrims

How do I register my team for a tournament?

Once registered, navigate to the "Tournaments" tab, select the event you wish to join, and click "Register Team". The Team Captain must invite the other members.

What happens if a player disconnects during a match?

Elite Dynasty follows official eSports rules. If a player disconnects, the match continues. In rare cases where server issues affect multiple teams, the admins may call for a rematch.

3. Fair Play & Security

Are emulators allowed in mobile tournaments?

No. To ensure a level playing field, all players must play on a verified mobile device (Android or iOS). Use of emulators will result in an immediate team disqualification.

How do I report a hacker or rule violation?

You can report violations through our Discord server's #support channel or directly on the match page by submitting video evidence to the admins. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for cheating.

4. Prize Pools & Rewards

How are prize pools distributed?

Prizes are distributed to the Team Captain's registered wallet or payment method within 30 days after the tournament concludes and the results are officially verified, subject to mandatory KYC checks.

Are there any taxes deducted from prize winnings?

Yes. As per Indian law (Section 115BBJ of the Income Tax Act), all tournament winnings are subject to a flat 30% Tax Deducted at Source (TDS). This amount will be deducted before the final payout is credited to your account.

What documents are required to receive my prize?

To comply with legal requirements and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations, players must complete a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. This requires submitting a valid government-issued ID and PAN card before any funds are released.

How do I become an affiliate?

You can apply for the Affiliate Program by visiting our Affiliate page and filling out the application form. We review applications based on your community engagement and reach.

How and when do I get paid for referrals?

Affiliates earn a percentage commission on qualifying actions by referred users. Payouts are made monthly, provided you have reached the minimum payout threshold, and are sent directly to your registered payment method.

Elite Dynasty operates on a system of full visibility. Tournament brackets, match schedules, seeds, and dispute resolutions are openly documented. Admins are bound by strict protocols to resolve disputes neutrally, and their decisions are logged for accountability.

What is your stance on Data and Broadcast Integrity?

Live matches and broadcasts are subject to rigorous integrity checks. We enforce anti-cheat protocols, stream delays, and VOD reviews to prevent stream-sniping and data manipulation. Match statistics are recorded and verified publicly on our leaderboards to ensure no data is altered post-match.

How is Prize Distribution and Financial Accountability handled?

We use secure escrow services and are integrating blockchain technology to guarantee financial accountability. Payouts, including fiat, crypto, and exclusive NFT rewards, use transparent ledgers to ensure winners receive their exact earnings on time. Prize pools are escrowed and visible to the community prior to the event's start. We strictly adhere to all regional tax guidelines, including transparent TDS deductions as per Indian law.
